What to Expect

*Families will be able to walk their middle schooler's schedule

*Meet our middle school staff

*Purchase Northmont Apparel

*Learn about Academic Challenge

*Learn how to add money on lunch accounts (Cafeteria)

*Ask transportation questions (Media Center)

*Pay school fees (Main Office)

Doors open at 7:35, students must be in their 1st period class at 7:45 to be considered on time

*Students will need their iPads, paper and something to write with

*Student schedules will be on their iPads (Remember cell phones can not be used)

*If your middle schooler did not pick up their iPad, we will have them at the middle school, the $30.00 insurance fee must be paid before we issue the iPad

*Students will need to bring their own water bottles, we have water filling stations throughout the building

*When students arrive they will need to report to 1st period, if your middle schoolers 1st period is at the high school they will report to the middle school cafeteria

*On the 1st day of school, students will be engaged in getting to know you activities, learning middle school expectations, navigating their schedules, and learning strategies for success

*We will run a normal 7 period bell schedule

*Students who have assigned classes at the high school will report to the high school
