Dear Collegiate Family:

As we approach the end of the third quarter and the beginning of spring break, seniors are anticipating graduation; while freshmen, sophomores, and juniors are completing course selections for next year. It is truly an exciting time of the year!

Congratulations to the seniors who have been accepted into any college or university! Please share the acceptance letter with us. Send the information to Mrs. Sheffield at djohnsonsheffield@dallasisd.org. Also, share any scholarships so that we may celebrate with you!

During spring break, rewind, rest, and rejuvenate. After spring break, there will be preparation for testing, testing, and soon afterwards, GRADUATIOIN!

104 E-TECH 9th and 10th graders made the Fall AB Honor Roll. We are so proud of them!

E-TECH senior, Nathalya Creer, won a Division 1 white ribbon in the VASE Art Competition!

E-TECH students in JROTC helped donate 1100 socks to Genesis Women's Shelter!

We really appreciate Cummings Electrical's hard work and dedication to our 9th grade E-TECH students! They have done a great job training students on the importance of safety, laying out blueprints, teaching the components of engineering, and estimating. Students are having a great time with their Dream House Project. Thanks, Cummings Electrical!

A special thanks goes out to Carter Plaster at Texas Exchange Bank for all of the wonderful tools shared in the Financial Literacy Workshop with our E-TECH 9th and 10th graders! Students learned about money management basics, savings and investment accounts, pay checks, expenditures, and the importance of financial planning.
