A Note from Ms. Mathis and Dr. Funderburk

We have made it! Here we are in May. It is hard to believe how fast the year has gone! We are beyond proud of all that our Tigers have accomplished this year and we cannot wait to celebrate their success this month. We are excited about all the fun that comes with the end of a school year. May is filled with many exciting activities such as career day, field day, the talent show, and our end-of-year Burt Bash and awards celebrations! Thank you for letting us serve as the leaders of your child's school this year. We are grateful to have a wonderful group of teachers, staff, and parents to work with in order to give our Burt Tigers the best education we can each and every day. We hope everyone finds some time to relax and recharge this summer and we look forward to seeing you next school year!
