FREE SUMMER MEALS FOR CHILDREN

The Galena Park Independent School District is sponsoring the Texas Department of Agriculture (TDA) Summer Food Service Program which provides Free Breakfasts and Free Lunches to all children 18 years of age and younger. Click on the link below for serving sites, dates and times:

FIREWORKS SAFETY

Keep your family safe.

Fireworks can result in severe burns, blindness, scars, and even death.
Fireworks that are often thought to be safe, such as sparklers, can reach temperatures above 1000 degrees Fahrenheit, and can burn users and bystanders.
Families are encouraged to attend community fireworks displays run by professionals rather than using fireworks at home.
