Major's Minute
Recently, I dreamt that Major Celestine and I were getting ready for an event. However, when I went to the bathroom, I found that someone was already in there using it, who? I have no idea. I then left the bathroom to find more people arriving and waiting - singles, couples, families - just talking and watching the kids playing in my bedroom. I kept looking for a space to get ready.
Is God trying to tell me something? Did I eat something that I wasn't supposed to the night before? Was I just thinking about all the events coming up and people were on my mind? I don't know. I didn't feel stressed or irritated by the dream. It just made me think of being a part of a family - especially the family of God.
There are others that don't know God personally yet - who don't know the joy of being saved by His grace, the hope found in Jesus, the encouragement from being connected to the family of God. Ephesians 2 reminds us, that we were all lost before. Let us be reminded in our daily living that we are "saved to saved" - not that we can do the saving, but to present Christ to those we can. Seeing God's family, His Kingdom grow is the key. Here is the whole of Ephesians Chapter 2 for you to read.

* See pictures of ministry and our 1 Year Celebration of the Food Pantry in this newsletter. We are growing and are in need of loving volunteers on Thursdays from 1 - 3 PM. You will help shop with people through the food pantry.
* We've created space for the pool table, youth room, and have rearranged our nursery because we need the space. We are also seeking nursery workers and Audio-video crew to help families on Sunday enjoy worship service. Have a heart for these ministries? Let us know.
* We had a hilarious night with the Ladies Night Out group on Friday. We played Chameleon, Ka-Blab, and SOS while eating dinner. We'll see you on December 2 for our next Ladies Night Out. Pictures to come in the next newsletter.
* Please invite your friends and family to enjoy and support the Territorial Staff Songsters this Friday. This is our united worship for this quarter with Sunnyvale, Gilroy, San Jose, and Redwood City Corps. We pray you can make it to this rare concert!
