Greetings Patriot Families,

Tomorrow is a digital learning day for all students. Parents please ensure that your students are completing their assigned work tomorrow as this is how attendance will be recorded for the day. Grades for the 13.5 week progress reporting period will be finalized on Tuesday so please ensure that your student takes care of all missing assignments, re-test opportunities, and late work as these things will negatively impact students grades. We are nearing the end of the semester and it is critical that all students put forth maximum effort to study, complete all assignments, and come to school on time.

Our Lady Patriots Volleyball team won the 3A State Championship on Friday night in three straight sets!!!! We are bursting with pride for our Volleyball team and we are tremendously proud of the work of Coach Lewis, Coach White, and Coach Rucker for all they have done this season. Senior night was held this past Thursday and our seniors shined at center field as they were honored for all of their hard work in academics, athletics, and the arts! Additionally our football team won the game against Douglas to place 2nd in the region. Our first playoff game will take place this Friday against Monroe Area High School at 7:30pm at the Battlefield. Please come out to support our Patriots and Coach Smiley.

We will honor our Veterans on Friday, November 10, 2023 in a ceremony hosted by our AFJROTC. We will hold two ceremonies at 9am and 10am in our auditorium to honor our men and women from all branches of the military who are members of our staff and our community. Please make plans to attend what will be a moving tribute to all Veterans.

We are excited to support our students in their academic endeavors while providing them with a competitive advantage!

Please be sure students who are car riders are dropped off and picked up in the student lot. No cars are allowed in the front parking lot during arrival and dismissal times due to bus traffic.

JROTC went camping at Stone Mountain. Cadets put up tents, had wake up at 6am for Reveille, PT, and breakfast. They ended the trip with a hike to the top of Stone Mountain!

Fayette County NAACP Hosted their Annual Freedom Fund Banquet with Emcee @tresiabowles @SCHS_Patriots alumni w/ Youth NAACP President, Gabrielle Ferguson! We are proud of these Patriots! Once a Patriot, ALWAYS a Patriot!

From creative costumes in art class to spooky-eyed pumpkins in the cafeteria, to our front office's favorite condiments theme, we had a frighteningly fun Halloween at the Creek! We hope you all had a very happy (and safe) Halloween!

The Campus Parent portal is your source for student and family records, including household and individual contact information, attendance, school-based fees, academic planning (high school), forms, and report cards. The Parent portal also provides access to the GaDOE SLDS Portal. Please set up the parent Infinite Campus account first. The same username will be shared with Schoology to set up your parent account in Schoology. Because each login reflects the person associated with the username, it is recommended that a separate account is created for each parent.

• Usernames can be comprised of letters, numbers, the underscore, and dash.
• Please refrain from creating a username that is all numbers, as that will interfere with student data here in our district.
• After completing the setup of your parent portal account, please allow 24 hours for your new account information to be sent to Schoology before attempting to log into your Schoology parent account.
