- SEL builds the fundamental skills that unlock key learning aptitudes across all developmental stages.
- SEL provides proactive and preventative measures in addressing students' safety, mental health and well-being needs.
- SEL makes a difference and the research demonstrates that an education that promotes SEL has a positive impact on a wide range of outcomes including academic performance, healthy relationships, mental wellness and more.

Build Skills Over Spring Break!
Participating in active games is a great way to build self-regulation skills.
Children's executive function, self-regulation, and physical skills develop rapidly. Every child develops at their own pace and the games they play should be challenging but not too frustrating. Check out this video with ways to build self-regulation and support developing physical skills.
