Red Hawk Update
Monday, Jan. 22, 2024
Because we lost a day to a snowstorm last week, Quarter 2 will now end next Monday (Jan. 29) with Quarter 3 starting the following day (Tuesday, Jan. 30). In the meantime there's a lot going on:
- Tonight ( Monday, MHS presents the United States Coast Guard Band. For information please click here.
- Tuesday at 6 p.m., the 39th annual Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Celebration will be held in the MHS Auditorium. Three outstanding MHS students -- Shayla Price, Abigail Bailey and Feryal Al Kalaf -- will be honored as will other students from across the district. Please consider joining the community to celebrate the life of Dr. King. There's more information here.
- SnoBall is Saturday, Jan. 27, in the cafeteria.
It's hard to believe but at the end of this week we will be halfway through the school year!
