Croyle's Corner
Dear Thorndyke Families,
I would like to thank all of you for completing your student’s lunch survey which is very important for Title l funding to support various programs in our school. Your help in getting those surveys completed by the deadline was greatly appreciated.
For parent-teacher conference days, I hope that you will have an opportunity to meet with your child’s teacher regarding their academic and social emotional learning progress so far this school year. Conferences are an important component to ensure there is a home-school connection for us to work together to maximize your student’s full potential. I encourage all of our families to stay in close communication with your student’s teacher and most importantly, to stay involved in their academic and social emotional learning. However you prefer to communicate, our amazing teaching staff is always ready to listen and answer questions to support your student’s learning.
Please join us for Thorndyke Elementary School’s annual Math and Reading Night on Thursday, November 16th. Food and beverages will be provided. The goal of Math and Reading night is to help support families in increasing their students math and literacy skills at home with fun activities!
