We extend a heartfelt thanks to all of the parents who participated in the Parent Focus Groups last month. We learned so much from them and we are looking forward to incorporating their feedback as we continue throughout the school year and beyond. We are in the preliminary phase of getting our Girls on the Run and Hero Boys Running Club ready for kickoff in the Spring. If you are interested in assisting with either program, please sign up below.
We have some exciting news! Waters Landing Elementary School was recognized as one of eighteen schools who made significant growth in early elementary reading from last year to this year at last week's Administrative and Supervisory meeting. That's only the beginning! We are looking forward to sharing our review of the MAP and DIBELS assessments that all students are almost finished taking. Stay tuned!
