3-5pm - LWMB Senior Banner Photos - Seniors - head to EAST right after school and get changed in your uniform. Photos will be in Room 110. Please note - this is the ONLY opportunity for senior band photos, so please make sure you attend!

4:30-5:30pm - Leadership Meeting at EAST

4:30-8:30pm - Percussion and Color Guard at EAST

5:00-6:30pm - All woodwinds and brass at EAST

Thursday, September 21

4:30-8:30pm - Rehearsal for EVERYONE at EAST

Friday, September 22

4:00pm - Call time for WEST Football Band - required performance for WEST LWMB woodwind/brass/percussion at the game

5:30pm - Call time for CENTRAL Football Band - required performance for CENTRAL LWMB woodwind/brass/percussion at the game

Saturday, September 23

8am-12pm - Rehearsal for EVERYONE at NORTH

$150 travel fee due date has been extended until October 1. Please note that October 1 is a FIRM deadline for being up to date on all LWMB fees. Students will be unable to march in the October competitions if fees are past due.

All of us are looking forward to a fun event and are happy to welcome your band and their families to Prospect High School on September 30th. Here is a link to our Fan Guide that will give participants, family and friends some important information for the day, as well as the link to purchase tickets. Please share the Fan Guide link with your band families. There are discounted tickets and t-shirts available until September 15th through GoFan or the Prospect marching band website.

Mark your calendars - the 2023 LWMI is on Saturday, October 14 at LW West. We are excited to partner with Music for All and we will be a Bands of America Affiliate Regional Competition! As of now, 23 bands will be performing at the invitational.

Volunteer sign ups will be posted on Charms around Sept. 25. We will need an immense amount of volunteers to make the invitational a huge success. When the volunteer slots are posted, please make every effort to sign up for a slot or two or even the whole day!

Just a friendly reminder that football games are REQUIRED for all LWMB woodwinds, brass and percussion. Guard members are welcome to attend if desired.
