Hello Westwood Students and Guardians.
To start the school year, students should not park behind the school until the construction projects are complete and the area is safe. In addition, we ask that you enter and exit the building using door 1, near the high school office, or door 2, next to the cafeteria. The doors near the locker rooms will remain locked during the day until the construction is complete.
Students who plan to drive to school must have a parking pass, which can be picked up in the office. The cost is $2.00. Please stop and see Mrs. Schmidt for any questions about parking passes.
This year we will have two full-time school counselors at WHS. Ms. Moffett will work with students with last names ending in A through K and Mrs. Young will work with students whose last name ends in L through Z. Students will work with their respective counselor for schedule changes, career planning, mental health supports, and whatever else they may need throughout the school year.
Students who plan to make schedule changes have until Friday, September 8 to request any changes.
