Under the direction of the Superintendent, all contracted employees who anticipate retiring at the end of the 2023-2024 school year are notified that anyone who formally confirms, in writing, their retirement plans on or before noon of December 18, 2023 will be eligible to receive two and one-half percent (2.5%) based on the employee's gross annual contracted salary to be paid in a lump sum upon retirement from Provo City School District as an incentive for early retirement notifications.
