A Message from Principal Hann
Scorpion families,
Welcome back from Fall Break! I hope everyone is refreshed, and ready for the exciting challenges of the second quarter. I was able to visit family on the Gulf coast of Florida and enjoy the white sand and calm water. I feel recharged and ready for quarter 2! We look forward to successful second quarter as our academic and extracurricular programs continue to thrive.
Our dedicated teaching staff is committed to providing the best educational experience for our students. We'll be emphasizing a renewed commitment to academic excellence, with a strong emphasis on engagement, authentic learning experiences and effective feedback for our students.
We encourage our families to assist their children manage their time effectively between classwork and activities. We recommend that parents and guardians stay in touch with teachers, counselors, and our academic interventionist to ensure their student is on track and managing the daily stresses of student life. Don't hesitate to reach out if your child needs assistance or has questions.
We're excited to announce a Winter Sports Parent Meeting on Monday, October 23rd. This meeting will provide information about our winter sports programs, schedules, and important details. It's a great opportunity to learn more about how your child can get involved in winter sports.
Mark your calendars for our Fall Play, which will kick off on October 31st. We invite you to come and enjoy the talents of our students as they bring engaging and entertaining performances to the community.
We value your input and partnership. If you have any feedback, questions, or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out to our school administration or your child's teachers. We are here to support all of our Scorpion families.
