Note From the Nurse
Dear Parents,
Student’s Health and Safety is our priority, thank you for all you are doing with the before school screenings and keeping them healthy. The data from the screening app, really helps us!
In this challenging time, please continue to encourage kids to eat healthy, get adequate sleep, and get plenty of outdoor play/exercise. These lifestyle choices strengthen the immune system and also teach children to become healthy adults. Self-care and mental health are things we frequently overlook, remember to take time for yourself and continue to educate you children on the present issues.
Please continue to teach and model and remind children to use the 3 W’s Wait (social distancing), Washing hands and Wearing a mask.
If your child has asthma, a severe allergy, diabetes, a seizure disorder, or any other health condition, please send a Doctor’s Emergency Action Plan to the school along with needed medications and orders. Thanks to everyone that sent updated vaccinations and health physicals.
We are currently working on screening for vision, hearing, height and weight. We will reschedule the dental checks to later in the year.
Any questions please reach out to me,
