Principal's Message
Greeting parents,
This week, we were all shocked by the events in the elementary school in Uvalde, Tx. This event let many of us reflect on the safety of our children and families.
During this past Thursday's meeting with families, I had the opportunity to address the topic and listen to some of the concerns you all may have and how we will have a secure building to protect all children and staff. I also shared some resources with the attendees. I attached the resources to the parent meeting section of this newsletter for your review. If you did not have a chance to attend the meeting, you could watch the recording attached to this newsletter.
We also had the opportunity to elect our SBDM officials during the meeting. Thanks to Dr. Ashley Harding, Mr. Alan Kramer, and Mr. Paul Bosse for taking the chair, vice-chair, and secretary positions. I will share more information about them as it becomes available.
I want to remind you to fill out the after school interest form if you would like to use their services. By doing this, you are helping them to finalize their logistics
Last, I included a transportation form in the newsletter. If you need transportation but did not request it during the application/registration process, you can click on it and fill out the required information. Please, do this as soon as possible so that the transportation department can finalize the routes.
If you have questions or comments, please do not hesitate and ask.
Kind Regards,
Roberto Gonzalez
