Clean Up Night
Here is our list of to-do's:
- Sweep and/or clean inside of barns and pick up any trash in barns
- Clean up and prep snack shack.
- Weed Eat around barns and fences
- Help clean and set up in the Exhibit Building and bring over display pieces from the commercial building.
- Walk around the perimeter fence and pick up trash
- Anything else that looks like it needs to be done before fair.
Bonus on Herdmsanship for all livestock exhibitors that help clean out the barns.
PLEASE COME PICK UP YOUR T-SHIRTS ASAP! WE HAVE THEM AVAILABLE IN OUR OFFICE!
When & Where do I enter my exhibits?
Tuesday, July 18 from 6-7 p.m. - New this year, only 4-H families may drop off all other exhibits not entered at Clothing Day, but only if unable to come to Entry Day on Wednesday, July 19th. THERE WILL NOT BE SUPERINTENDENTS OR ENOUGH STAFF TO ANSWER QUESTIONS, THIS IS ONLY A DROP-OFF TIME.
Wednesday, July 19 from 8-10 a.m. - All exhibits that did not get entered at Clothing Day. Superintendents and Staff will be available to help answer questions and direct you to the correct location.

4:00 p.m.-5:00 p.m. Release all exhibits Premium money must be picked up at this time. Exhibits must be picked up between 4:00 and 5:00 p.m. on Sunday, July 23rd. Exhibitors must make arrangements to have items picked up if they are unable to be at the Fairgrounds during this time.
