Did you know?
If your family is in need of food or any other additional resources, we have places to support our GCSD families! We have a food pantry at Arcadia Middle school where families can register to "shop" for food. Additionally, our Neighborhood Navigation Center assists families in connecting them with with local resources for support with housing, employment, transportation, and many more. They are located on the backside of Phoenix Academy, sometimes called "Alcott Rd". If you are in need of any of these resources, please use the information on the flyer to contact them, or email the Craig Hill community school site Coordinator at Valorie.jonas@greececsd.org.
Staff Shout Outs!
Did a member of our staff go above and beyond? Or do you simply want to tell someone thank you for how amazing they are? Our staff Shout out feature allows you to recognize anyone in our building for the work they are doing. We will shout them out here in the newsletter, and in the building as well! 2025-2026 School Year Calendar
The GCSD calendar for the 2025-2026 school year calendar was just approved! Check it out here!
School Lunch Orders
Due to the nature of preparing school lunches, the Craig Hill cafeteria needs an accurate count of lunch choices every morning. Additionally, in order to reduce food waste, very limited additional entrees are prepared. As a result, all orders are needed into our lunch count system by 10 AM in order to ensure they are counted appropriately.
Therefore, any child arriving to school after this time cannot be guaranteed one of the 2 entree choices of the day, and may have to select from toasted cheese, or PB&J as their lunch choice.
If you know your child is going to be late, you can always call the school to place their lunch order, as lunch menus are sent home monthly, and can also be accessed through the link below, or on the GCSD website under the Food Services section.
We have fantastic resources on our GCSD website to support families with ELA and math. These dedicated websites explain what students are learning at each grade level, and give families strategies to engage students in the learning process at home. Click on the links below to go directly to each of the pages.
Does your child want to practice iReady at home? Would you like to access their classlink or any of their school resources from home? Click the button below for the directions on how to access our school Classlink from a non-district device.
