Aeries Updates
Our rollover/update outage is over and all users can now login to Aeries. Please be sure to update your password for the 2020-21 school year. There are detailed instructions on how to do this further down in this smore flyer.
WebEx
All PUSD staff now have access to WebEx Teams and Meetings. You can access these resources through Clever. There is more information below on claiming your WebEx Account.
ARMS Outage
Please don't forget that our PUSD Portal (ARMS) will be offline this Friday, July 24th between the hours of 12:00pm - 6:00pm. Click Here to see the smore flyer that has been shared to all PUSD users.
#TechLeader Application
In order to apply to become a #TechLeader for the 2020-21 school year an application must be completed. The #TechLeader role description and application will be shared will all PUSD staff on Wednesday, July 22nd.
ITS Ticket System
If you need support with your accounts or devices provided by PUSD, be sure to submit a support ticket by visiting gopusd.com/helpdesk. We anticipate that there will be a heightened need for support when school starts, so be sure to submit tickets for support ASAP.
WebEx Staff Accounts
All PUSD staff should have received an email that will walk you through the steps for activating your WebEx account. If you didn't, you can simply visit pusd.webex.com to login to your account. Please note that we are still working on the implementation of every WebEx feature, so should you take advantage of the free training sessions, some features may be missing at this time. You can find these trainings by visiting THIS link.

Powerschool Learning (PSL) Content

Powerschool believe that they have resolved their export tool issue and Canvas is working to get the rest of the PSL courses into our new Canvas environment. Once all of the course have been successfully imported, we will send out more information about how to access them.
Aeries Updates: Resetting Passwords
In our commitment to take the appropriate measures to protect all student information and privacy, we are making changes to the requirements for all passwords within Aeries student, parent, and staff portal accounts. Beginning the week of June 29, 2020, parent and student portal account users will receive an email from DoNotReply@pusd.us that will provide you with a link and instructions on how to update your Aeries portal password. Listed below are the minimum requirements for your new password:
A minimum of twelve characters
Change password every twelve months
