Happy MLK, Jr. Weekend!
"Darkness cannot drive out darkness; only light can do that. Hate cannot drive out hate; only love can do that." -Martin Luther King, Jr.
Welcome Mr Laningham!
Mansfield High School would like to introduce Mr. Jason Laningham as our newest assistant principal! Mr. Laningham will work with students whose last names begin with Lj-O. We are excited to have Mr. Laningham join us!
MISD Inclement Weather Procedures
With possible wintry weather in the forecast, please review Mansfield ISD’s inclement weather procedures that determine whether school closures or delays will occur.
If the superintendent determines the need to delay or close schools, the district’s mass phone and email notification system will be activated, and major radio and television stations will be notified. The changes will also be posted on the district website and social media.
If no information is given from the district or media outlets, schools will start at their regular times.
Please note: It is important that parent/guardian contact information is up to date so that all district announcements are received. Please contact your child’s school or log in to Skyward to make any necessary email or phone number changes.
View MISD's inclement weather procedures webpage here.

Free Application for Federal Student Aid
The long awaited FAFSA opened on 12/30/2023. The state of Texas made completing and submitting the FAFSA a graduation requirement. Please keep this in mind as we move closer to graduation. If your FAFSA submission has not been reported to MISD by the day graduation tickets are distributed, you will not be able to receive your tickets. To submit your FAFSA, click here. If you would like to go ahead and take care of this graduation requirement but have not submitted your FAFSA or do not plan to submit the FAFSA, you may turn in the Financial Aid Application Opt-Out Form (Spanish version). The good news is that even if you submit the opt-out form, you are still able to fill out the FAFSA later!
