Dear Raleigh Hills Community,
What an unforgettable year. This wasn't exactly how I pictured my first year at Raleigh Hills. We have been through a lot together in this short time. What I have learned about you is that you are up for any challenge. I'm so glad that we will face whatever comes together next year. Thank you for welcoming me into this community and for being so kind to me and our staff. I have enjoyed getting to know you and look forward to getting back together in person next year.
The wave-off today was so fun! Thank you for driving up and making us feel special! If you weren't able to make it, check out the live stream, pictures and videos on The Friends of Raleigh Hills Facebook page. It was great to celebrate the 8th graders and send them on to their high schools. We'll see you on Zoom tonight at 6. If you weren't able to make it today, your HS shirt was delivered to your door.
While we don't yet know what next year will look like, we know that we are living through an unprecedented time. It feels like we have a wonderful opportunity to harness this energy for change and turn it into something really special. We here at Raleigh Hills commit to giving you our best no matter what school looks like next year. We commit to fighting for social justice and making sure all students feel welcome and safe. And we commit to welcoming you back as soon as we can!
Have a great summer. Keep reading. Keep doing dreambox. Stay physically active and practice gratitude and kindness. We will see you next year!
Warm regards,
Jennifer

If you prefer a paper packet, those can be picked up at the school outside the main office door on Wednesdays from 10-12. There will also be a bin there to turn in completed packets.

Donate to BSD Community Resources Fund
The Beaverton School District is now accepting donations from the greater Beaverton community to support community-wide efforts to provide food boxes, toiletries and other essential items to our families during this emergency situation. Food Banks are working hard to remain stocked to feed communities. There are many Beaverton families who struggle economically even in the best of times, and this fund will enable the Beaverton School District to work with community partners to serve our families. We use this fund to triple the buying power and thus increase the amount of families we can serve, a number that increases daily. Pass this on to friends and neighbors (we can also honor matching dollars!)

We started by serving 200 families and are currently serving 650 families. WE would love to serve more ...and more often. Please consider donating to the Beaverton Schools Community Resources Fund today! Together WE are better!
