Welcome Back

The 2021-2022 school year is just around the corner! We are all very excited and looking forward to doing wonderful things in the Fine Arts department this school year. Below you will find information and dates that are important to you.

Golden Pride Band

Fall Marching Show

All fans of the Golden Pride! Check out the teaser video below to get an idea about the marching show that the Golden Pride band is working on for this year. This was the show that was going to go on the field last year but COVID had other plans.

Be sure to catch the band for the first time at the Varsity football game September 10th!

Cleburne High School Art Program

AP Studio Art Celebration

Good things are happening in the visual art department! We had 12 AP Studio Art students earn a passing score (3 or better) on the AP Studio Portfolio this past year! This is an amazing achievement and represents nearly 20 percent of all passing scores from CHS across all AP subjects! We hope to continue to grow this important program for our visual art students!

WIZARD OF OZ-The Musical

The high school musical this year is Wizard of Oz! This is a full school musical and auditions are open to anyone and everyone. If you are interested in being a part of this wonderful show, please see the below information about auditions that begin the second week of school.

Start of the Year

Mr. Vance is excited about starting another school year. The first week we will begin working on All-State and All-Region music.
