Windermere Weekly Update
February 19 - February 23
REMINDER: There is no school for students Monday, the 19th (tomorrow).
Interim Progress Reports
Make sure to check the parent portal in Skyward. IPR's have been released and you should see them available now.
Save the Date for Book Fair
Our spring book fair is just around the corner. Students will be able to buy books from March 4th-8th. More information to come!
Illness Reminders
Also, if your child is experiencing any of these things, please don't send them to school. We know it's hard when you have to go to work, but we are seeing a major uptick in Covid, Strep and Flu. If your child is running a fever, please don't give them medicine and send them to school as they are still potentially contagious. Upon their return, make sure to send a doctor's or parent note and that will be taken into consideration when looking at absences.
Living Wax Museum
Mr. Lee's 5th Graders along with a few students from Ms. Rowell's & Ms. Enkhbat's classes presented their living wax museum projects in celebration of Black History Month. We all learned a lot about Black Americans who have had a great impact on our world, both in the past and present!
Junior Chef Competition
Pflugerville ISD District Chef Stephanie Goodson had a Junior Chef competition and Olen N. won with his recipe for a delicious Meat Pie. Congratulations, Olen! Way to make Windermere Proud!
