The Power of Google...Forms
The quizzes are self-scoring and data can easily be accessed on the Forms page or in a Google Sheet. Question types include multiple choice, short response, checkbox, and more.
Additionally, Google Forms can transform exit tickets, classroom surveys, and checkout procedures. For example, when students submit late work in my class, I use a Google Form so that everything is in one place. Students click the link, complete the form, and I have one spreadsheet with information from all of my classes. I included a sample of the form below. Other teachers have used Forms to check out books from a classroom library or kept track of students leaving the room without disrupting classroom activity.
There are endless ways to use Forms. The resources included are just some ideas to get you started.
