PRAYER
A New Year's Prayer
God of this New Year, we are walking into mystery.
We face the future, not knowing what the days or months will bring to us or how we will respond.
Be Love in us as we journey.
May we welcome all who come our way.
Deepen our faith to see all of life through Your eyes.
Fill us with hope and an abiding trust that you dwell in us amidst all our joys and sorrows.
Thank you for the treasure of our faith life.
Thank you for the gift of being able to rise each day with the assurance of Your walking through the day with us.
God of this New Year, we praise you.
Amen.
FROM THE PRINCIPAL
Dear Parents/Guardians,
I wish to thank everyone who was generous in acknowledging the staff at Christmas time. Your gifts were much appreciated.
Kindergarten and Preschool Enrollments, we are currently taking Kindergarten enrollments for the new school year.
Please contact Mrs. Cierra at info@ssfallsoulsschool.org.
For preschool enrollments, contact Mr. Eric Liu at preschool@ssfallsoulsschool.org
Unfortunately, Mr. Milano decided to return to his studies, which means he will not be able to continue to teach Music. We wish him all the best with his studies. We are trying to find a replacement teacher but it is very difficult.
Bingo
Bingo returns this Friday in the cafeteria. I wish to thank all parents who assist with the Bingo program.
Church Hall Renovation
The hall is currently being renovated and will not be able to be used for the next number of months.
Talent Show
I am happy to see that the Talent Show is coming back and wish to thank Mr. Mascarinas for his initiative in reviving the Talent show. I know we have many talented students in our school community.
Summer School Survey
Our school advisory board have been discussing the possibility of offering a summer school in June this year. (June 19th - 23rd and June 26th -30th). The summer school would be for students from K to 4th grade. Current K students would join Grade 1. The format would be with academics in the morning and activities in the afternoon.
If you have a child in the current Kindergarten through to 4th grade, could you complete this form Click Here
God Bless and Stay Safe,

TALENT SHOW IS BACK!!
IMPORTANT TADS INFORMATION
- New mailing address
As of 8/31, the Minneapolis office will be closed. With this, we have a new process for the checks, documents, and invoices that were being sent through the mail.
- TADS will no longer accept documents that are mailed. Families should take a photo or scan the document to make an electronic copy and upload that to their TADS account. The family should then keep the hard copy for their records.
- TADS will no longer be mailing invoices. All billing accounts will be switched to “Statements sent by email”.
- If they would still like a hard copy, they or the school can log in and go to the family’s billing account > click on an invoice number > click the button to “Download as a PDF”.
- We have notified families of this by inserting a brightly colored letter in any invoices mailed out this month. We will also email families when we switch their account to emailed statements.
- If they request to have their $18 Postal mailing fee removed, we can replace it with an “Amended Mailing Fee” that is $3 per invoice we previously sent. The over payments can be applied to their future invoices but CANNOT be refunded.
- Mailed checks and money orders should be sent to our lockbox at the address below.
- Please give this new address to every family who mentions they might send a payment.
- Mailed payments sent to the 110 N 5th St. address will be forwarded, however this will cause delays and it is possible for mail to be missed in this process.
- We are in the process of updating the website, emails, and downloadable documents with the new address.
- TBD on how this will be communicated with families and schools.

Cafeteria Payments
Dear All Souls Families,
You can now pay and add credit to your child/children's cafeteria account through SchoolSpeak. Your payment will be processed through PayPal with a 3% convenience fee for all transactions.
Sign-in to your SchoolSpeak account and select "Lunch Order" in the quick links menu on the left. The "Pay" tab will direct you to your payment options. You may pay the cafeteria balance through your existing PayPal account or as a guest using your credit or debit card. You may also add credit to your child/children's cafeteria account. If you wish, you may still make cash or check payments to the school office.
Please note, for the families that have a credit card on file I will no longer be charging your credit card for lunch payments. You are responsible for paying and adding credit to your cafeteria account.
Feel free to contact me with any questions.
Regards,
Ms. Escobar
