TVUSD COMMUNITY CONNECTION

NOVEMBER 17, 2022
A MESSAGE FROM THE SUPERINTENDENT
TVUSD Community,
As we approach Thanksgiving, we are particularly grateful for our TVUSD family. This tremendous team of dedicated caregivers continues to serve our students by ensuring their social-emotional, academic, and physical needs are met on a daily basis. Ensuring they feel safe, have opportunities to connect them to school, progress through the academic standards, and most importantly, develop into compassionate, kind, critical thinkers is a true calling. I would also like to take a moment to show our tremendous gratitude for our parents, siblings, extended families, and community members. Your devotion to working alongside us and supporting students at home is critical. Whether you are a parent, teacher, principal, or support staff, you have dedicated your lives to supporting children, and for that, we are extremely grateful.
During this month of giving thanks, we also honor ALL of our students, as they are the reason we do what we do and give us hope for our future. I am blessed to have opportunities daily to observe, interact, and support our amazing children. They never cease to impress me with their love for school and learning and desire to make our world a better place.
With deep appreciation and gratitude,
Jodi McClay, Ed.D.

The TVHS girls soccer team recently gave back to the community by refreshing bricks at the Temecula Duck Pond's Veterans Memorial. Over 50 TVHS athletes and coaches generously supported the cause by spending hours repainting a number of the veterans' names along The Path of Honor. We applaud their efforts in the Veterans Memorial makeover, which has also included the support of various local volunteer groups.
