Yearbooks are $30. Please order on Schoolpay located in your student’s Source account beginning November 27, 2023. You will no longer be able to order a yearbook after December 14.

You can also have your student bring a check made out to Eckstein Middle School or $30 cash to the Main Office.
Yearbooks are distributed during the last week of school in June.

Please give attendance at least 30 minutes notice before picking up your student early from school to avoid a delay. You can contact Attendance these ways:

• Email Attendance in the morning about the early dismissal: ecksteinms.attendance@seattleschools.org
• Call Attendance at least 30 minutes before the dismissal at: 206.252.5014
• Send a note to school with your student to give to Attendance.

Thank you for helping us ensure your students leaves school at the time you need them.

Secondary Performance Reports are found on parent and guardian Source accounts only. If you are logging in with your student’s school account that begins with 1 and ends with @seattleschools.org you will not see this information.

Log in and locate Secondary Performance Reports:

1. Log onto the Source
2. If you have more than one student, select the name of student under the Source logo at the top, left of the screen.
3. Select the Performance and Progress Reports link
4. Click the PDF link to download and save.

If you have trouble, clear the cache on your browser, close and reopen TWICE and try again. Or try a different browser.

This year, per district policy we will only have two teams for each program. There will be cuts. Coaches will make team decisions on or by December 8th.

EXTENDED: All athletes need to be cleared by December 4th to be eligible to tryout. There will be no late tryouts. All forms will be filled out through our online platform, FinalForms.

If you plan to take your student out of school for an extended winter break, they need to complete a Preplanned Absence form and turn it into the Attendance Office prior to the absence for the absence to be excused.
Your student can find the form in the Attendance Office or download it below.

Wreath/Greens Orders for Pick up Dec. 2nd

Orders are ready for pick up on Saturday, December 2nd from noon to 4 pm.

Please pick up your order as we don't have space to store unclaimed greens!!!

Private School Recommendation Process

If you plan for your student to apply to a private school for the 2024-25 school year and need transcripts and recommendations from Eckstein, the due date to request this information is December 8, 2023. We have specific directions on how to request the items you will need. Please visit our Registrar page for more information.
