On St. Patricks Day, our Grade 2 & 3 students had their spring performance. Each grade level sang three songs and had the opportunity to play musical instruments. We were very excited to welcome parents and families to this performance as well.

Summer Program Registration

Registration for District 123 Summer Program is now open! We have some wonderful offerings available for our students. Click on the picture or the link provided to learn more information about specific programs or to register.

Illinois Assessment for Readiness (IAR)

Our testing window for the Illinois Assessment for Readiness (IAR) opens up next Wednesday, April 6th. The assessment focuses on mathematics and literacy and is given to our students in Grade 3, Grade 4, and Grade 5 (as well as our middle school students in Grade 6, Grade 7, and Grade 8).

The assessment itself is computer based and contains 5 total tests - three of them in Mathematics and two of them in literacy. Our testing schedule has students taking one test per day with their teacher.

Spring Concert

We had an amazing Spring Concert on prior to our Spring Break on Thursday, March 17th. The concert featured our Grade 2 students, Grade 3 students, Covington Choir, and our Covington Dance Club. We had a wonderful turnout of families in-person as well as those that were able to join our livestream. Whether you had a chance to catch the performance or have not had a chance to, you can check it out at Covington Spring Concert.

We have our third and final concert of the year which features our Grade 4 students, Grade 5 students, Covington Choir, and Covington Dance Club, on Tuesday, May 17th at 2:15 P.M.
