MLK DAY OF SERVICE

STEM Academy, Chester High and the CUSD Athletic Department co-hosted our annual Day of Service in honor of Martin Luther King Day. Students joined with School Staff, Coaches, and Volunteers to beautify various spaces at Chester High. Thank you all who participated!
ACADEMIC UPDATES
Semester One
Semester One will conclude this Friday, January 19. Students must complete final assignments in order to ensure their grades are up to standard. Due to the canceled days, Teachers will accept Semester One work on Monday, January 22, however that will be the last day assignments can be turned in.
Academic Integrity
With the introduction of new technology, it has become easier than ever for Students to cheat. When they do so, they are not preparing themselves to be successful in the future. There are severe penalties at colleges and in the real world for dishonest work. Beginning in the next semester, the rules for Academic Honesty at STEM will be updated to account for new technology and artificial intelligence. These rules and consequences will be reviewed with Students in the coming weeks.
