Join in one or more of the service activities happening at SHS, starting on Monday, December 11th. All activities will be held after school - the Blood Drive will be all day. Detention credit and tickets to the parking spot drawing are available if you come! On Monday, meet in the library to help Hope Squad write Santa Letters. Tuesday is the HOSA Blood Drive in the Main Gym, you must be 16+ to participate and you will need a parent permission form. Wednesday, December 13th, come to the library to help NHS make bracelets. In the Cafeteria, on Thursday, there will be blanket tying. Finally, on Friday, go to Mrs. Crandell's room (C-13) to help FCCLA make stuffed animals.

Springville High School presents in concert the SHS Wind Symphony, Symphonic Band, and Percussion with the SHS Orchestra and Choir. Mark your calendar for December 12, at 7pm in the SHS Auditorium.

You are invited to give blood, give love this holiday season on December 12th, 2023 from 8 am - 2 pm in the Main Gym. You must have a valid ID with picture and birthday. The Guitar and Ukulele classes will be performing their end of semester concert on December 14th in the Auditorium from 7-8pm. Come and support these musicians.

Merry Christmas! Come and listen to the SHS Jazz Bands at their Christmas Concert on December 15th, at 7pm in the SHS Auditorium.

Sign ups for Quiz Bowl begin November 27 and go through December 22nd. Five people per team maximum. Sign up quickly as sign ups are first come, first serve. All participants will receive t-shirts and there will be prizes for the champions. Sign up at https://bit.ly/shsquizbowl23-24

Most use a baby photo but any photo is acceptable. Photographs should be a high resolution (300 ppi) scan for best quality. Original photographs can be dropped off to Ms. Hansen to scan.

The last day to buy a yearbook is December 20th! Check with the Finance Office or Ms. Hansen if you have questions.

The end of 2nd term will be December 22nd, which will also be a half day of school. School will resume on January 8th. Happy Holidays!

Come and listen to the SHS String Orchestra, along with the SJHS 9th Grade Orchestra and the SHS Folk Ensemble, perform a "Winter Sleigh Ride Concert" on Friday, January 12th in the SHS Auditorium at 7pm.

Join a class to help those winter blues. The goal of the Community School Program is to meet the needs and interests of people in our communities. Classes begin January 2024. Register at www.nebo.edu/community-school.
