The yearbook staff is excited to unveil our new cover for this year's 50th yearbook! College App Week
As part of the TN Path to College Events, RCHS held College Application and Exploration Week September 18-22. (#TNCollegeAppWeek). The goal was to build excitement for all students around the college application process and to provide the Class of 2024 seniors the opportunity to apply to college.
College admissions representatives from Chattanooga State, Roane State, Cleveland State, Bryan College, Lee University, UTC, and UTK came to assist students with applications. Over 150 seniors came in and applied to a college, university, or TCAT.
During College App Week, teachers were encouraged to incorporate post-secondary goals and college readiness into classroom instruction and interactions with students. The hope was to bring attention to post-secondary education and foster an environment that supports students as they pursue their goals.
