Intent to Enroll for the 2024-2025 School Year
Each family was sent an Intent to Enroll email earlier this month asking each family to complete their intent for the 2024-2025 school year. It is important that each family completes this form as soon as possible, even if your circumstances have changed and you will no longer be returning. We use this information to begin planning classes and staffing for next school year. We have extended the deadline to complete the form and only pay $50/child for the re-registration fee. After February 20th, the fee will increase to $150.00. You don't want to miss out on this discount! If you have any questions or need to email resent to you, please contact Mrs. Kaitlin Brown at kbrown@stmstc.org. Thank you!
Hello St. Michael- St. Clement Students and Families
Happy Catholic Schools Week! I am eagerly anticipating my first experience of this special week filled with excitement and joy. The highlight for me will be attending Mass to kick off the week. I encourage everyone to join in the live stream, as we will be announcing our Teacher of the Year nominee at the end of Mass. Throughout the entire week, we will be celebrating Spirit Week. Please refer to the updated flyer in this week's chatter, as there have been changes to the schedule, with Tuesday and Thursday being flipped.
In next weeks edition of the Cheetah Chatter, there will be two crucial items. Firstly, it will include the tuition rates for the 2024-2025 school year, along with a Google form for parents to provide feedback and input. It is essential to read the entire Cheetah Chatter as it contains all the vital information.
Don't forget that next Friday, 2/2, is a Noon Dismissal. Please ensure that your child is picked up promptly.
Wishing you a blessed weekend, and Let's Go Ravens!
Yours in Christ,
Matt Zipp
IMPORTANT MESSAGE from Archdiocese of Baltimore
Catholic Schools: Parent Visitation Day
So far we have 53 parents signed up to attend, thank you! Even if your on the fence in terms of being able to attend, please fill out the form below. We would much rather have an extra badge printed, then to hold up the line.
Please see the schedule below:
Check In, Willow Ave(all parents): 8:20-8:30am
Lite Breakfast sponsored by the HSA: 8:30am-9:00am
Classroom Time: 9:00am-11:00am
There is no special schedule today, and you may only see 1 or 2 different classes. With the inconsistent month we have had along with having to complete MAP testing, keeping to a regular schedule as much as we can helps bring some consistency to the kids day.
We have just 6 more sponsorships left... Please consider sponsoring one of the final 9 spots, so we can officially get our Happy Saints Hallways project underway!
Once you have agreed to sponsor, follow up communication will occur with how to pay, and a timeline on the project will be given.
Thank you for making Hallway Saints a possibility as we look to grow our Catholic Identity.
**Please note the changes in bold as well as the change in Tuesday's and Thursday's themes.
Thank you!**
Catholic Schools Week Outreach

If you have any questions, please call the school office. Thank you for your cooperation!

WINTER INFORMATION FOR 2024
Colder/Inclement Weather
The time of year has come where the temperatures are getting colder and inclement weather becomes a possibility. As a reminder, all students will go outside for recess unless the temperatures or wind chill are below freezing. Please make sure to send students into school with proper outerwear for outdoor recess.
Also, if inclement weather does occur, St. Michael - St. Clement School follows Baltimore County Public Schools when following school closures or delays. A separate alert will NOT be sent out unless Baltimore County Schools already have a planned closure or delay in their schedule. Please do not call the school office. Thank you!
***Any snow day used after we have used up the first 5 will need to be made up. This means taking days from spring break, or adding them to the end of the school year.

Saint Michael the Archangel isn't a saint, but rather he is an angel, and the leader of all angels and of the army of God. This is what the title "Archangel" means, that he is above all the others in rank.
Redemptorist preacher and reformer. Clement preached, built orphanages and schools, and established a vast Redemptorist presence in the city.
