From the Staff
Attention 8th Grade Students & Families
On 1/26/24, administrators, counselors, and student helpers visited our 8th grade students for a high school information session for CMIT North High School. They shared pertinent information for our students as they transition to the 9th grade. Please throroughly read the attached information from Mrs. Andrew, which includes the presentation that was shared with students, the ITEC application, the AP US History Application, and the Fine Arts Preference Form. Deadlines are vastly approaching. If there are any questions, please use the contact information included.
Math Corner
In math classes, scholars are expected to provide arguments or justifications, critiquing the reasoning of others, and using precision when explaining their thinking related to mathematics. Encourage your scholar to use IXL to strengthen their skills, show their work or provide an explanation of justification for their answers, and study their notes when they get home.
