We want to acknowledge how difficult it has been to quarantine, multiple times even, over these last few weeks due to quarantine guidance. Thank you for your cooperation along the way.

Please remember that we are following all CDC, SF Department of Public Health, and SFUSD guidelines in order to keep everyone safe within our community.

To that end:

-If your child is a close contact, but FULLY VACCINATED, the guidance says that they do not need to quarantine, and will just need to take a COVID19 test on day 5 or later after their exposure.

-If your child is a close contact, but NOT VACCINATED, he will have to quarantine for 5 days, and then may return on day 6 with a negative COVID19 test (home tests are okay).

-If your child is NOT VACCINATED and a close contact, and you can not get a test on day 6 or later, your child will quarantine for 10 days from the date of exposure, and may return without a COVID19 test.

If your child will have to quarantine for 5 days or longer, you can expect classwork to be posted on your child's Google Classroom. You may use the same chromebook from last school year. If there is an issue with your child's chromebook, please give is a call in the main office (unfortunately, we will not be able to replace broken or lost chargers. Those will have to be purchased through Amazon.)
