Principal Message
Spirit week was a blast. Thank you to the class of 2024 for making that happen. The Volleyball tournament on Friday looked like a lot of fun. We even had a community member come in and play.
Attendance has improved this year. Thank you for all of your support. Please remember to call the School Office by 8:00 a.m. if your child unexpectedly is going to be absent or late to school for any reason. In the event that we do not hear from you, we will contact you regarding your child’s absence from school. Leave messages any time, day or night, at 877-2938 ext. 6201 or 6202. . For early dismissals, please submit in writing (email or a note) any known absences, such as medical or dental appointments, or other events that may take them out of school, to the main office prior to their absence by 9:30am (on that day). This year we have been mailing attendance letters home weekly. To have an absence not count towards our attendance procedure you must have a doctor's note on file for the specific day/appointment. Any attendance questions please contact the school.
Some events that are coming up in the next few weeks are:
- Winter HS Sports Begin 11/27
- Early Release Day on 12/6
- Winter Break Begins 12/22
Have a great fall break Commodores!

Athletics and Pete Maneen
It is always important to remind players & fans (students & adults) about the expectation of positive behavior. Athletic events are opportunities to watch our students compete, they are not opportunities to heckle and harass players, coaches or officials. Please be aware of your comments and actions and keep the attention where it should be...on the players giving it their all! Being a sports parent is hard, I struggle with it just as much as anyone. Here is a great interview with an NCAA coach talking about being a sports parent, it's worth the watch.
I look forward to a great winter season and seeing you all in the stands.
