Masks Optional but Recommended on Buses Starting Monday

Hello D103 Families,

The Centers for Disease Control (CDC) announced late Friday that it will no longer require people to wear masks on buses or vans operated by public school systems. Therefore, effective Monday, Feb. 28, masks will be optional but recommended for students on our school buses. We will continue to have some windows open for good ventilation.

Please remind your children to show respect and understanding for each other’s choices during these transitions.

Board of Education Meeting

The next Board of Education meeting will occur at 7:00 p.m. Tuesday, March 15. The notice and agenda can be found on the District 103 Board meeting website page. D103 board meetings are being held in-person and live-streamed each month on our YouTube Channel. Members of the community should attend the meeting at 111 Barclay Boulevard, Lincolnshire if they would like to make a public comment. The public can also contact the Board at board@d103.org.
