The Mission of Holy Name Catholic School is to provide a Christ-like secure atmosphere with strong Catholic Values and Academic Excellence.

HN office has summer hours. The school office will be open Monday-Thursday from 9:00-3:00. The office will be closed on Fridays.

We would like to invite our current families to help us recruit future Bobcats. For your efforts, we would like to reward you with a reduction to your child's tuition. Every current family that brings a prospective family to Holy Name for a tour will receive $50 off their tuition. If they register, the amount will increase to $250. Remind them to give your name for credit. Your name must be mentioned at the time of tour to be eligible for the tuition credit. This opportunity will run the month of July and August.

Parents, please log into to your FACTS account to check for any delinquent payments. Late fees of $35 per month are being charged to accounts for past due payments (tuition, fees, after school care, and mandatory fundraisers). Please ensure that all balances have been paid by the end of this week.

Families FACTS accounts must be current in order for students to start school on August 14th.

Thank you to Coach Guajardo for providing students with a great summer camp this past week. The kids had a great time and learned a lot. Thank you to all our HN students who participated in the camp.

July 24th-28th at Holy Name Catholic School sponsored by Holy Name Catholic Church.

We would like to invite all our families to our Summer Get Together. On July 19th, we will have a fundraising night at Chuck E. Cheese. I hope you are able to come out and support our school. This is a great opportunity for our families to get together and students to spend time with their friends. A big thank you to all of you who joined us at Peter Piper Pizza. It was nice to see our HN Family over our summer break.

We are pleased to announce that we will continue to offer our HN students the following opportunities next school year 2023-2024:

• Student Council Leadership Opportunities for Grades 5-8
• Middle School Electives: STEM; Choir; and Alamo Arts Academy with career paths in Audio Engineering, Digital Film Production, Graphic Design and Digital Photography

In order to volunteer, parents and volunteers must complete an online background check and safety trainings. Please log in to Virtus to complete required trainings and a background check. Once you complete your requirements they will be active for three years. If you are not sure if your trainings and certificates are up to date, please log into your account. It will show you trainings that may need to be completed.

FACTS Management gives you an opportunity to get more involved in your child's academic progress and future success - all via the Internet! ParentsWEB from FACTS is a private and secure parents' portal that will allow parents to view academic information specific to their children. You may view your child's grades, attendance, and conduct, as well as useful school information.

• In Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Internet Explorer go to www.factsmgt.com and click on Parent Login, then select FACTS Family Online (Parents Web)
• Type the school's district code HN-TX
• Click Create New ParentsWeb Account
• Type your email address and click Create Account. An email will be sent which includes a link to create your ParentsWeb login. The link will be live for 6 hours.
• Select the Click to Create your ParentsWeb login link.
• A web browser displays your Name and RenWeb Person ID.
• Type a User Name, Password, and Confirm the password
• Click Save User Name and/or Password. A message displays at the top of the browser, "User Name/Password successfully Updated."
• You may now log in to ParentsWeb using your new user name and password.

We would like to highlight our students as they participate in activities in school and outside of school. God has provided our students with an abundance of talents and we would like to take time each week to recognize their accomplishments. If you want to share your child's accomplishment, please email Ms. Sisk at jsisk@hncstx.org. Please include a photo to share and a brief description to be shared on our school newsletter.

HN would like to recognize Emily Garcia. This summer she has the opportunity to study at the San Antonio School of Ballet.
