I hope this letter finds you well as we approach the end of the first semester. I am writing to inform you about important updates for the upcoming week.

Last week, our students successfully completed the NWEA MAP test, and we appreciate their hard work and dedication during the assessment. This valuable data will help us better understand each student's academic progress and tailor our instructional approach to meet their individual needs.

As we enter the final stretch of the semester, I want to remind you that this week is a shorter one, with a 1:30 PM dismissal on Wednesday, December 20th. This will mark the last day of the first semester, and we encourage students to use this time wisely to wrap up any outstanding assignments or projects.

For our high school students, the upcoming week is particularly crucial as they will be taking their semester finals from Monday through Wednesday. These assessments are an essential part of evaluating their understanding of the material covered throughout the semester. We wish all our students the best of luck during this period, and we are confident that their hard work will be reflected in their results.

Report cards and NWEA MAP test scores will be sent home on January 7, 2024. We ask for your patience as we carefully compile and review this information to provide you with a comprehensive overview of your child's academic performance.

As we approach the holiday season, on behalf of the entire Clark MS & HS faculty and staff, I want to extend warm wishes for a Merry Christmas. We hope that this festive season brings joy, peace, and an opportunity for you to spend quality time with your loved ones. It's also a time to recharge and reflect on the achievements and challenges of the past semester.
