An Update from Mrs. Harrigan, our Clinton Nurse
Hello Clinton Families,
I hope you are all safe and healthy. Just a couple of reminders:
If your child will require medication when we return to school, please take the time now to have the doctor fill out the medication permission slips. No medication can be administered in school without these completed forms, this applies to over the counter medications as well. The forms are found on the district website under Nursing Services. If you have any trouble finding them, please email me and I will be happy to send them to you. Please note that there will be no nebulizer treatments for students with asthma, so please be sure, your child has a rescue inhaler. All medications must be labeled by the pharmacy.
If I have sent you a notice for missing immunizations or physical exam, please be sure to have those forms completed and returned to me by the end of October , so I may update your child’s health record. These immunizations are required for school attendance. I look forward to seeing your children when we return to school. As always, please feel free to email me with any questions or concerns. Please tell your children that I say hello and I miss them. Stay safe and be well. #Clintonstrong
