A Message From the Principal...
Wow! Only one week left till Winter Break, can you believe it? The first half of the school year is already behind us, and what a fun one it has been! We've been so lucky to have resumed more of a normalcy amid COVID, and have really enjoyed and treasured our time with your students this past Fall Semester!
Make sure to come to Winter Wonderland this Monday at the school, we are sure to have a great time playing games, having fun, and mingling with our friends and families. You can see details for the night below.
Looking forward, Westy Academy continues to pursue numerous avenues for International and National student trips for our kids. If you are a parent of a current 6th Grader (Mrs. Buchanan's class), and are interested in your student traveling to Panama, please make sure to join us for the Panama Informational meeting this week. details below!
In relation, there are travel discussions happening for a possible national trip for students who will be 11 yrs old or turning 11 yrs old school year of 2023-24. This means, most current 3rd and 4th graders. Please see details below for an Informational Meeting, and don't forget to join us!
Lastly, we are wrapping up an ENORMOUSLY successful Food and Supply drive throughout the school! We honestly are in shock at the amount of donations our families and students have brought in to help others in our community. The contest officially ends Monday, 12/13, and classroom winners will be announced before Winter Break.
