Taking the time to create a special thank you to families in advance of Thanksgiving goes a long way.

Communicating gratitude pays big dividends to both giver AND receiver. Here's a template with some creative ideas for how to do so.

Sharing a personal message via video feels more heartfelt & is more likely to get heard/viewed, than writing a letter. If a picture is worth a 1000 words, a video is worth 1.8 million (we didn't make that up!)
