Our Week at Reutter School
Week of February 20, 2023
School Principal's Message
Reutter School Families:
This week has been filled with exciting educational opportunities for our students. We hope that our students have been inspired and motivated in their learning.
Throughout the week, students embraced Random Acts of Kindness Week as a special celebration that encourages everyone to be kind to one another. We are promoting our students to look for ways to be kind at school, at home, and in the community during conversations in their character development lesson and class meetings this week. Students also enjoyed participating in a spirit week to promote being kind to others.
Our school district will be closed on Friday, February 17 and Monday, February 20 for President's Day Weekend.
Next week, the Delsea Middle School Counselors will be visiting the sixth grade homerooms during their scheduled class meeting times. During this short meeting, the DMS Counselors will provide a general overview of the middle school in order to start the middle school transition process.
As a reminder, the sixth grade field trip to Washington, D.C. will be held on Friday, May 5, 2023. Students and chaperones interested in attending the Washington, DC field trip are asked to complete and submit the field trip's permission slip and their payment for transportation costs to the main office no later than Friday, March 17, 2023. A copy of the student and parent letter/permission slips have been attached below.
Educationally Yours,
Mr. Peters
