Happy Friday Raptor Families!

It was great to see so many of our students and families at our Fall Festival this past Friday. We had a wonderful turnout.

Tomorrow, Saturday, September 30th, our girls play their final volleyball game at Timberline PK8 at 10:00 AM. On Thursday, October 5th, we have our first night of Parent Teacher Conferences. Teachers have sent out conference sign-ups. If you have not received an email, please reach out to your student’s teacher.

Please continue to remind your students to wear appropriate clothing to school and to dress in layers. Weather permitting, we go outside every day!

As a gentle reminder, the earliest time to drop off your student is at 8:20AM and the bell rings at 8:35AM. Please note, that there is no supervision prior to 8:20AM. School lets out at 3:35PM, please make sure that students are picked up promptly, or that transportation and after-school care has been arranged.

Many of us have adorable, fun loving pets that we want to share with everyone, but for the safety of ALL our students, we ask that you keep your pet at home. While we all have the best intentions, we need to do our best to keep students safe. We appreciate your understanding.

Informational Meeting in the Auditorium on Tuesday, October 17th at 3:45 to learn about cast, set design, stage crew, and tech crew. See flyer for additional information.

The Lost and Found is starting to fill up. If your student is missing a jacket, water bottle, or lunch box, please have them check there. Parent/Teacher Conferences are also a great opportunity to look for any missing items. The Lost and Found is located outside of the main gym.

Fees for the school year can be found online through the Infinite Campus Parent Portal under Fees. You can also see if there are any unpaid fees from the previous school years.

Families can make payments using Campus Payments. Please visit this link for instructions on how to pay outstanding fees in Infinite Campus.

Registration opened on September 25th. To Register please log on to RevTrak through this link Practice starts on October 2nd. We are looking forward to a great Basketball Season, Go Raptors!

School starts at 11:05am, the earliest students can be dropped off is 10:50am. Buses pick up 2.5 hours later than their normal pick up time.

Support our high school band musicians! Join us at Everly Montgomery Field in Longmont on Wednesday, October 4 at 6:00 p.m. for St. Vrain Valley Schools Band Night. This evening of music features performances from nine high school bands. Tickets are $6 for adults, $5 for students, and free for children 6 and under, senior citizens, and eighth-grade students with a valid student ID.

Safe2Tell provides students, parents, and community members a safe and anonymous way to report information about any issues that concern their safety or the safety of others. Safe2Tell’s reporting process is simple. Call to interact with a live, trained analyst (call takers) or fill out a form via the website or mobile app.

Elementary Report Cards will be available online, on November 10th through the Infinite Campus Parent Portal. If you need assistance logging in or accessing your students' report card please call the front office at 303-833-2456.

Absences not explained within two days after returning to school shall be recorded as unexcused absences unless unusual or extenuating circumstances exist as determined by the building administrator. After 10 excused or unexcused absences a doctors note is required. Communication is key to successful attendance.
