Survey links were emailed directly to every elementary TVUSD family. It was sent to the parent identified in the child's Infinite Campus portal as the "primary household." We ask that dual household families consult with each other before submitting the model selection for their children. A link for each elementary child was included in the same email. Please complete the link for each child listed. The link is specific to your child, your family, and your email address. Please do not share or forward it to your friends as it will not work for them. They are not a universal public link and instead are tied directly to your child so that you, as the parent, do not have to worry about entering your student's identifiable information because it is preloaded on the form, but you will not actually see it.
Secondary Model Confirmation - Grades 6-12 - Will Be Distributed Wednesday, October 21
*Exceptions- RVHS, SNS, Excelsior, and TAVS - information regarding these campuses and programs will be distributed directly from the site administration.
All secondary families received an email on Monday, October 12 confirming that in an effort to ensure we provide information to assist families and staff with making informed decisions regarding the secondary learning models, we are delaying the launch of the model commitment form for secondary to allow additional time to work with teachers and staff on the specifics of the daily schedules. This will also allow us to follow our consistent practice by providing the proposed schedules and information publicly at the October 20 Board meeting. We are also creating a video for secondary parents to clarify the differences between the online and on-campus models. This slight delay will not change the target opening date for the secondary on-campus program on January 5, 2021.
