Families,
The following message is from the Roseville Police Department:
The Roseville Police Department is actively investigating a series of incidents that targeted the same neighborhood in recent weeks. A resident reported that their house was egged and their yard was littered with toilet paper. Recently, fireworks were set off in the adjacent cul-de-sac. Pranks, vandalism, and other acts that destroy property, disturb the peace, or injure someone can lead to criminal charges, civil liability for damages caused, and other consequences. Anyone with information about these incidents is encouraged to contact the Roseville Police Department. You can remain anonymous. Call 651-792-7008 or email police@cityofroseville.com.
Yesterday, we sent a message to all secondary students as an important reminder that when they are out of school and spending time in our community, they represent their own integrity, all of you, their friends and classmates, and our school. We certainly hope our students aren’t behind these events as anonymous acts of vandalism and harassment do not reflect our values as Raiders. Please help us by speaking with your students about these events and the potential impact of participating.
We are so lucky to have a community that supports us. We want to continue to support our community in return.

American Mathematics Competition
RAHS will be hosting the annual American Mathematics Competition (AMC) on Tuesday, November 14th in the Thein Auditorium. The AMC 10 and AMC 12 are both 25-question, 75-minute, multiple-choice examinations in high school mathematics designed to promote the development and enhancement of problem-solving skills.
The AMC 10/12 provides an opportunity for high school students to develop positive attitudes towards analytical thinking and mathematics that can assist in future careers. The AMC 10/12 is the first in a series of competitions that eventually lead all the way to the International Mathematical Olympiad! For more information, visit the AMC website at https://maa.org/math-competitions/amc-1012
If participating, students would come to the Thein Auditorium by 8:10am instead of going to first hour. Students would miss their first hour and return to class part way through second hour.
