
Strawberry Protein Recipes
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup cashews
- 1/4 cup hazelnuts
- 6 pitted medjool dates (softened*)
- 1 cup freeze dried strawberries
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 3 tbsp Simply1 Strawberry Protein Blend
coating
- 1 1/2 cups freeze dried strawberries
Instructions
- in a food processor add hazelnuts and cashews. Process until finely ground.
- Add rest of the ingredients and process until combined into a sticky dough.
- Form into 15 1 tbsp sized balls.
- Optional: Process freeze dried strawberries into a powder and coat energy bites in it.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days.
Notes
*soften pitted medjool dates in hot water for about 10 minutes. Squeeze out any excess liquid
Strawberry Lemon Crunch Protein Bars
2 ¼ cups Arbonne Strawberry Protein Powder
½ cup Arbonne Daily Fiber Boost( optional)
16 oz Almond Butter
1 ½ cup Agave Sweetener (use 1 ¼ cups if making without the fiber boost)
Zest from two lemons (If you are new to zesting lemons, make sure to only get the yellow part – if you get any of the white part underneath it will be bitter.)
¼ tsp lemon extract – ¼ tsp vanilla extract
1 ½ cups sliced almonds (½ c in mixture & ½ c for topping)
3 cups brown rice crispy cereal (or more if you like them crispier - Sprouts or Whole Foods Market)
Directions:Put almond butter & agave in large bowl, microwave together for about 30 to 60 seconds (just until it’s easy to stir to combine). Immediately stir in lemon and vanilla extract.
Add the liquid ingredients to all of the dry ingredients that have been placed in a large mixing bowl.
Blend well with clean hands. Press into 9 x 13 pan. Refrigerate until firm. Cut squares and enjoy!
STRAWBERRY LEMON PROTEIN POPPYSEED BITES
3 scoops Strawberry protein powder
½ c old-fashioned oats (gluten-free)
1 tbsp poppy seeds
1 tsp freshly grated lemon zest (about one medium)
6 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice (about two medium)
6 tbsp water
In a large bowl, combined the protein powder, oats, poppy seeds, and lemon zest. Add in the lemon juice and water, stirring until fully incorporated. Shape the mixture into 28 small spheres, and place into a Sealed container. Store in the refrigerator until ready to eat.
Berry Healthy Breakfast Smoothie
2 -4 scoops Arbonne Simply1 Strawberry Protein Powder
1/2 cup blueberries
¼ cup strawberries
¼ cup blackberries
1 medium carrot
1 cup almond milk
1 cup pomegranate juice (cranberry is an okay substitute)
May cut to 1/2 cup juice 2 cups ice (add more if needed)
STRAWBERRY COCONUT SMOOTHIE
2 scoops Arbonne Simply1 Strawberry Protein Powder
1/2 tsp coconut extract
1/2 tsp vanilla
Coconut Shreds to Top
6 ice cubes
8 oz. Almond milk
STRAWBERRY BLUEBERRY PANCAKES
2 Scoops of Arbonne Strawberry Protein
1 Large Egg
1 tsp Baking Powder
1 Packet of Stevia Sweetener
1 cup Blueberries
Directions:1. Stir and combine protein powder, fibre boost, egg and stevia packet.
Add water and whisk to desired consistency until all lumps are gone.
Gently fold in blueberries.
2. Grease griddle with coconut oil or spray with cooking spray. Heat griddle to medium.
3. Pour batter onto heated griddle.
Let cook for 2 minutes or so until sides look like they’re starting to set and bubbles start to form.
Flip over and let cook for another 2 minutes or so.
STRAWBERRY CHOCOLATE PROTEIN PANCAKES
2 Scoops of Arbonne Strawberry Protein Powder
1 Scoop Arbonne Chocolate Protein Powder
1 tbsp Cocoa
1 tsp Baking Powder
1/4 cup Egg Whites
1/2 cup Almond Milk
Mix and bake at 350 for 15-20 mins.
Or fry on the stovetop using non- stick spray or coconut oil
Makes 4 per batch
Strawberry, Banana & Cauliflower Smoothie
1/2 cup fresh strawberries
1/4 cup fresh or frozen cauliflower
2 Scoops Arbonne Simply1 Strawberry Protein
8 ozes water or plant milk
Ice
Blend and enjoy
Strawberry Avocado Smoothie
2 scoops Arbonne Simply1 Strawberry Protein
1 handful of fresh strawberries
1/3 ripe avocado
1T lime juice and pinch of zest 6 ice cubes
¼ c coconut water
Add Almond milk to make smooth consistency
Strawberry Walnut Protein Shake
2 scoops Arbonne Simply1 Strawberry Protein
Handful of fresh strawberries
1T walnuts
Dash of Cinnamon
Juice from 1 wedge of lemon 6-8 ice cubes
Almond Milk or Vanilla Rice Dream to proper consistency (or may add ½ coconut water ½ & ½ almond milk or Rice Dream)
STRAWBERRY PANCAKES

1 Large Egg
1 tsp Baking Powder
1 Packet of Stevia Sweetener, i f desired
1 cup Strawberries

Almond milk(I just estimate and add a little until I get the consistency I want),
Enjoy Life Vegan Chocolate chips
Organic blue agave
Blend all ingredients and use a waffle maker.
Grease with coconut oil if Waffle Maker is not non-stick.
Top with fresh strawberries, blackberries ,Coconut Whipped Cream( and chocolate sauce if desired)

INGREDIENTS
2⁄3 cup cooked quinoa or cooked brown rice
½ cup sliced strawberries
1 tsp hemp seeds
1 tsp raw coconut
1 handful raw pecans
Cinnamon to taste
Nutmeg to taste
Almond milk, unsweetened

- 2 cups frozen sliced strawberries
- 1 1/2 cups frozen mango pieces
- 1/2 cup chopped carrots or baby carrots
- 1 1/2 cups unsweetened almond milk or milk of choice plus additional as needed
- 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice or 1/4 cup freshly squeezed orange juice if using orange juice, reduce the amount of almond milk to 1 1/4 cups
Chocolate Raspberry Vanilla Shake
1 scoop Arbonne Simply1 Strawberry Protein
1 scoops Arbonne Chocolate Protein Powder
1 handful of strawberries
1 tbls Cacao nibs
6 ice cubes
Almond milk or vanilla rice dream to desired consistency
