ITS Updates
- April 22 will be the last day for librarians to take in broken Chromebooks. After that date, students will need to put in a ticket with the Help Desk to get their device repaired.
We have consolidated the online network access forms to one multi-request form which can be found from the “Service Catalog” tab at the top menu on the ticketing site (see image). This new Network Access Form (NAF) is used for new user access requests or changes to existing access and NOT for reporting issues or incidents. For example, the new multi-request form can be used to request access to PUSD domain email, new access for Aeries Teacher accounts or new access or changes to existing Aeries Admin accounts as well as access to Network folders and IndigoVision Cameras all within the same form.
Panorama Survey • April 13 - 23
This April the district is administering a Social Emotional Learning and School Climate survey, sponsored by Panorama. The survey data is used to promote better health and well-being for our youth and to improve the school learning environment.
Links can be accessed in Clever for Students, Staff, and Teachers. Families and Community members can access the survey via pusd.us/survey. For more information, please click the link below.
