Memorial Day Reflection
In the quiet sanctuaries of our own hearts,
let each of us name and call on the One whose power over us
is great and gentle, firm and forgiving, holy and healing:
You who created us,
who sustain us,
who call us to live in peace,
hear our prayer this day.
Hear our prayer for all who have died,
whose hearts and hopes are known to you alone ...
Hear our prayer for those who put the welfare of others
ahead of their own
and give us hearts as generous as theirs ...
Hear our prayer for those who gave their lives
in the service of others,
and accept the gift of their sacrifice ...
Help us to shape and make a world
where we will lay down the arms of war
and turn our swords into plough shares
for a harvest of justice and peace ...
Comfort those who grieve the loss of their loved ones
and let your healing be the hope in our hearts...
Hear our prayer this day
and in your mercy answer us
in the name of all that is holy.
Amen.

FROM THE PRINCIPAL
Dear Parents/Guardians,
The school year is coming close to the end with only 2 weeks till the last day of school. Next week will be a busy week for our 8th graders. There will be a student farewell Mass on Tuesday, May 30th at 8am. All are welcome to join in with this celebration. On Wednesday evening is the Graduation Dinner and Awards evening, starting at 6pm at Oyster Point Yacht club. On Thursday evening at 6pm is the Grade 8 Graduation Mass and Diploma reception.
This past week our 8th graders had a wonderful time on the Washington DC trip. Students visited so many sites after having studied these places during the Social Studies classes. Thanks to Miss Cadelago for organizing the trip and to Mrs. Cierra and parent chaperones for looking after the students.
Fun Run Thanks
Thanks to everyone for participating in the recent fun run. We had a successful fund raiser and the students had a blast on the day of the fun run. It was great to see our classes come together in healthy competition!!
Enrollment Openings
We still have some space open in the kindergarten class and also in some of the other grades. If you know of anyone still looking for a school for their child, please refer them to Mrs. Cierra at info@ssfallsoulsschool.org
Financials
A reminder to everyone that your financial commitment to school needs to be paid by June 5th. This means that all tuition, cafeteria, extended care and sporting fees need to be paid. In the event fees are outstanding, report cards and year book are held by the office until fees are paid as well as next year’s enrollment is put on hold.
Thanks – Track and Field
Thanks to Erik Samayoa for coaching the Athletic teams this year and for running the Track and Field program for several years. We all have appreciated him and his family for supporting the Track and Field program at All Souls all these years.
I wish everyone a wonderful Memorial Weekend. If you are traveling, be safe and we will see everyone on Tuesday.
God Bless

Sign-in to your SchoolSpeak account and select "Lunch Order" in the quick links menu on the left. The "Pay" tab will direct you to your payment options. You may pay the cafeteria balance through your existing PayPal account or as a guest using your credit or debit card. You may also add credit to your child/children's cafeteria account. If you wish, you may still make cash or check payments to the school office.
Please note, for the families that have a credit card on file I will no longer be charging your credit card for lunch payments. You are responsible for paying and adding credit to your cafeteria account.
Feel free to contact me with any questions.
