Welcome to Homecoming season! Homecoming Week is currently scheduled for Monday, October 2nd through Saturday, October 7th. Below you will find all the details you need to take part in all of the festivities!

• Homecoming Week: October 2-7
• Powder Puff activities are scheduled for Thursday, October 5th starting at 6:30 pm
• The Homecoming Parade will kick-off from the stadium parking lot next to Jefferson at 1:20 pm on Friday, October 6th.
• The Homecoming game kicks off at 7:00 pm on Friday, October 6th with the crowning of our King and Queen to take place at halftime.
• The Homecoming Dance will be held at St. Charles West High School from 7:00 pm to 10:00 pm. Doors will close by 7:30 pm. If scheduling conflicts present an issue with this, please see school administration or Mrs. Bourgeade and/or Mrs. Mueller to make arrangements.
• Homecoming Dance tickets will be $15 and will go on sale starting Monday, September 18th and will remain available until 2:00 pm on Wednesday, October 4th. Please be advised, tickets will NOT be sold the day of the dance or at the door.
• Tickets may be purchased before and after school, during AIP (with a pass), and during all lunches from the SCW Finance Office located inside the Main Office or online using MySchoolBucks. Tickets purchased online will still need to be picked up from Mrs. Meyer in the SCW Finance Office.
• Students wishing to bring a guest to Homecoming may do so by completing a guest form. The completed guest form must be submitted at prior to being able to pick up tickets in the finance office. All guest forms must be submitted no later than Wednesday, October 4th at 2:00 pm. Guests must be in at least 9th grade and cannot be older than twenty years of age.
• In order to attend both the Homecoming Game and the Homecoming Dance, students must be in attendance at school on Friday, October 6th, have served any outstanding detentions or discipline, and be free of fees and fines.

Continuing the tradition, Mr. Jackson and FCA is sponsoring a class competition to raise money to support a schoolwide service project that will take place during Homecoming week. Our school will be packing meals for Haiti as a part of our Kids Against Hunger food packing event. Any student donating at least $1 to the project is eligible to participate and help pack meals on Thursday, October 5th during school. The class that raises the most money in support of the event will have the option of participating in an AIP celebration on October 9th in the ampitheater (Food trucks will be available for snack and beverage purchases).

The last day to sign up to participate in PowderPuff is Monday, September 18th. Sign ups are going on during all lunches. Please see Mrs. Hockmeyer with additional questions.
