A National Letter of Intent is a binding commitment by an athlete to play collegiate athletics for a particular college or university in exchange for a scholarship. (This means your son or daughter is signing a commitment to a Division I or Division II school to play a sport and receiving athletic financial aid for playing the sport. This would also mean the college or university has been in contact with you and your son or daughter about the signing the paperwork. )

April 12, 2023 is the third of three signing time periods for prospective senior student-athletes, who have played at Eagan, to sign their National Letters of Intent.

We will celebrate our D-1 and D-11 athletes and we will also honor those who will play at NAIA, D-111 or JUCO schools

If you have a senior (12th Grade) son or daughter who will be signing to play college athletics during this time period please contact Eagan’s Athletic Director, Sandra Setter Larsen.

Friday, April 7 over 300 students, faculty and staff registered to take the plunge and raised funds and engaged in the Polar Plunge at EHS. Costumed individuals jumped into the tank of cold water this afternoon - hoping to support inclusivity and unified activities for all. Congratulations to our Plungers!

Shrek the Musical is a show for all ages! It features music by Jeanine Tesori and book/lyrics by David Lindsay-Albaire. The show is based on the 2001 DreamWorks Animation film Shrek.

Elements of its sequels: Shrek 2, Forever After and William Steig’s 1990 book Shrek are also included.

Students with a grade of Incomplete in a Winter Trimester class have a deadline of Friday, April 15 to complete the missing assignments and assessments and earn the grade they hoped for in the class.

Looking for Student Ambassadors for the 2023-2024 School Year

The purpose of the Student Ambassador (SA) program is to help new students at Eagan High School feel welcome and have a positive orientation experience. Our Student Ambassador officers will host an informational interest meeting on Thursday, April 6th at 2:30 in Lecture Room A for students to learn more about being a Student Ambassador. Applications are due Monday, April 10th. The application can be found in your Schoology Messages!

Session runs: April 11, 2023 - May 18, 2023

Students will be in person up to 2 days a week -

Tuesdays - Math and English

Wednesdays - English Language Support and students with an IEP

Thursdays - Science, Social Studies, English Language Support and Students with an IEP

Attendance is expected until they finish the course.

Traffic and Pedestrian Safety is Very Important! Please drive , walk and bike safely!

Remember - only students with valid Spring Tri permits, displayed properly in their registered vehicle, are allowed to park on campus during the school day. Thanks!

Good Afternoon Hawk Families! I am so excited to announce that our Annual Dakota United Summer Adapted Sports Camp Dates are now out and registration is open!

Camp Dates are June 26-29 at HOPE Fieldhouse (Our New Home for the Hawks) from 1-2:30 for PI (Physically Impaired) Hawks, and 2:30-4:00 for CI (Cognitively Impaired) Hawks!

This year we will once again have an early bird special for all of those who register for camp by May 1, and registration will be capped at 25 student athletes per session, so please sign up as soon as possible! Alumni are ALWAYS welcome to come out and attend camp as well, and I look forward to building our program with you all at Hawks Camp this Summer!

We will once again be Bowling as a Celebration Day at Farmington Lanes on Thursday June 29 from 1-2:30! Camp Shirts are also provided for all campers!

Each school day three activity buses pick up EHS students in the East lot at 4:45 PM and deliver them to their home or near to it. Students MUST have an activity bus pass to ride the bus. This pass may be obtained by coming to the main office after 7 AM and before 4:40 PM. A pass may be used multiple days by students.

Students are required to stay in the building for their lunch period. Food deliveries are not accepted at EHS. Please help us keep a safe and orderly campus.

We are experiencing concerns with damage to restrooms - especially boys restrooms. When that happens the restroom has to be closed for cleaning/repair and that makes it unavailable for student use for a period of time.
